1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website saves to your browser on visit. On your next visit, the browser sends them back, so the site can “remember” your settings (login, language, consents). Besides classic cookies, we also use similar technologies — local storage, pixels and anonymous device identifiers.
2. Categories of cookies we use
a) Strictly necessary (technical) — always active
Without these the site does not work. Used for sign-in, session security, CSRF protection and saving your consent preferences.

Help us understand how visitors use the site (popular pages, drop-off points) so we can improve the product.

c) Marketing and remarketing — optional
Used for ad targeting and measuring campaign effectiveness off-site.

3. Managing consent
On your first visit a cookie banner lets you choose which categories you accept. You can change consent any time:
- via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer,
- by deleting cookies in your browser (the banner reappears),
- by configuring your browser to block cookies — guides: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge.
Note: disabling strictly-necessary cookies prevents sign-in and use of paid Service features.
4. Retention
Lifespans are listed per cookie above and range from a single browser session to 24 months (analytics). After expiry the cookie is deleted automatically.
5. Recipients of cookie data
Data from analytics and marketing cookies is shared directly with the relevant third parties (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) under their privacy policies. See their websites for details.
6. Your rights
You have all rights listed in our Privacy Policy, including the right to withdraw consent and to file a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority.
