1. Digital content and loss of right to withdraw
SEOrganiq is digital content delivered other than on a tangible medium within § 4(6) and § 7(6)(l) of Slovak Act No. 102/2014. Upon contracting, the consumer expressly consents to the start of provision before the 14-day withdrawal period expires and acknowledges that:
- at the moment of starting the first audit, generating the first article or first using an AI feature the right to withdraw without cause is lost,
- this consent is required to provide the Service in full.
If the consumer has not used any feature, they may within 14 days of contracting withdraw without cause by email to info@seorganiq.com or via the withdrawal form (sent on request).
2. Subscription, auto-renewal and cancellation
SEOrganiq is provided as a recurring subscription (monthly or yearly). On the first payment, the Customer expressly agrees that the subscription will auto-renew at the end of each period and the same amount will be charged for the next period until the Customer cancels.
How to cancel anytime
- You can cancel anytime in Account → Billing → Manage subscription (Stripe Customer Portal).
- No notice period, no penalties, no minimum commitment.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — full Service access continues until that date.
- After the period the card is no longer charged and the account becomes “read-only” (audits and articles remain visible, automated generation and publishing stop).
Refunds upon cancellation
Already paid subscriptions are non-refundable — if you cancel mid-period, the unused portion is not refunded. Instead, you keep full access until the end of the paid period. This complies with § 7(6)(l) of Act No. 102/2014 (digital content after the start of performance) — see section 1.
Exceptions where we refund mid-period are listed in section 4 (severe fault on our side, duplicate payment, prolonged unavailability).
Plan changes (upgrade / downgrade)
- Upgrade activates immediately. Stripe issues a prorated invoice for the remainder of the period.
- Downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing period so you don't lose features you've paid for.
3. Free trial
If you use a free trial at sign-up, no payment is charged and refund does not apply. You can cancel the trial anytime in Billing at no cost. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, the subscription activates automatically and the card is charged on the trial-end day — we'll email a reminder 3 days before.
4. When we refund beyond section 2
We refund in these exceptional cases:
- Severe technical fault on our side that prevents using the service and is not resolved within 48 hours of report.
- Duplicate payment or incorrect amount charged.
- Service unavailable for more than 5 consecutive business days in the current monthly period (we refund a prorated amount).
- Other cases required by Slovak or EU law.
Refund does not apply to: failure to achieve specific SEO results, change of mind after using the service, dissatisfaction with AI text style that can be edited or regenerated.
5. Before requesting a refund
Most issues we can resolve without cancelling. Before requesting a refund, please try one of these:
- Email us at info@seorganiq.com — in 9 of 10 cases it's a config tweak (language, domain, integration, prompts) we'll fix in minutes.
- Downgrade in Billing — don't pay for what you don't use.
- Pause auto-publishing — you can disable generation any time and edit content manually before publishing.
- If you're a new customer and the Service technically fails, claim our 14-day money-back guarantee — full refund of your first subscription.
6. Complaint procedure
- Submit a complaint by email to info@seorganiq.com with subject “Complaint”.
- Provide your account email, invoice number, problem description and, if possible, screenshots or logs.
- We confirm within 3 business days and resolve no later than 30 days from receipt (§ 18(4) of Slovak Act 250/2007).
- You'll be informed in writing by email. Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
7. Chargebacks and disputed transactions
Before initiating a bank chargeback, please contact us. In most cases we can resolve issues faster and more fairly than bank dispute procedures.
An unjustified chargeback initiated without prior contact may lead to:
- immediate suspension or termination of your account,
- chargeback rejection by Stripe based on evidence of Service use (logs, generated content, IPs),
- charging back chargeback fees per Stripe's pricing,
- future restriction of re-registration to SEOrganiq.
We're here to resolve disputes together fairly — please email us instead of going straight to a bank dispute.
8. Out-of-court dispute resolution
If you're unhappy with how a complaint was handled, you may turn to an alternative-dispute-resolution body:

9. Final provisions
This policy is an integral part of the Terms of Service and is governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Effective from the date stated above.
