1. What we guarantee
If you are a first-time paying customer of SEOrganiq and within 14 days of your first payment you find that the Service technically does not work or cannot generate content, we'll refund the full amount of your first subscription with no unnecessary questions.
This guarantee complements the standard Complaints policy — it's an extra benefit on top of statutory rights, not a limitation.
2. Who it covers
- New users who never had a paid SEOrganiq subscription.
- All paid plans — monthly and yearly, regardless of price tier.
- Individuals and businesses, regardless of country.
3. When it does not apply
The guarantee does not apply to:
- Refunds to an account that already used a refund or was reactivated after cancellation.
- Accounts that during trial successfully generated and published content — if the Service worked, the guarantee no longer applies.
- Dissatisfaction with text style, individual output quality or Google ranking (not a technical fault — texts can be regenerated and edited via prompt for free).
- Accounts cancelled for breach of the Terms (spam, illegal content, API abuse etc.).
- Requests submitted after 14 days from first payment.
- Repeated abuse of the guarantee via multiple accounts of the same person or company.
4. How to claim
- Email info@seorganiq.com with subject “14-day guarantee — refund request”.
- Provide the email of your account, the date of first payment and a brief description of how the Service did not work (error messages, screenshots, what you tried).
- We confirm receipt within 1 business day and review within 5 business days. If approved, we refund via the same payment method.
- Card refunds typically take 5–10 business days per bank rules.
5. What happens to your account after refund
- Subscription is terminated immediately and the card will not be charged again.
- Generated content can be exported from the dashboard within 30 days (articles published elsewhere stay where you published them — we don't delete those).
- After 30 days account data is deleted per the Privacy policy.
- The guarantee is provided once per account; future subscriptions follow the standard Complaints policy.
6. Talk to us before requesting a refund
Most technical issues we can resolve faster than a refund takes. Before cancelling, please write to info@seorganiq.com — 9 out of 10 cases are a config tweak (language, domain, integration) we'll fix in minutes.
7. Relationship with applicable law
This guarantee does not limit your consumer rights under Slovak Act 102/2014 or the Civil Code. It is a voluntary additional benefit. To exercise statutory rights (e.g. withdrawal, defect complaint), follow the Complaints policy.
